R+B vocalist AKON is looking to EC and Africa in a bid to find the next "mega superstar".
The Locked Up hitmaker has expanded his record label Konvict Muzik Company with the launch of a freshly London office - where he hopes to add together more international artists to the firm's roster.
Melvin Brown, co-owner and fellow Chief executive officer of Konvict Muzik, says, "We testament be scanning Europe and Africa for the next mega superstars.
"When Akon and I partnered and created Konvict Muzik, we agreed that we would have the hottest artists on our roster. I have concentrated on diversifying the artist roll and creating an international presence. I personally look for unique artists."
And label bosses have already signed up deuce freshly acts they consider ar set for renown - reggae/hip-hop three American Curtilage and Dutch boyband GLOWB, reports AllHipHop.com.
